Participants examine real examples from their organisation. The goal is to leave with a small set of decisions that can be assigned and followed up, rather than a list of interesting AI tools.

Establish a common vocabulary
We explain what today's AI systems can do, where they are brittle, and the difference between prediction, generation and action. Leaders can then compare proposals without talking past one another or treating every demonstration as an enterprise solution.
Connect AI to business work
The group identifies decisions, processes and customer moments where an improvement would matter. We ask what currently happens, who owns the result and what evidence would show an improvement. This creates a more useful starting point than a catalogue of products.
Surface readiness and risk
Participants examine the data, process ownership, human review and governance conditions behind the most promising themes. These questions are raised while the work is still cheap to redirect, before a pilot becomes a commitment.
Set the next decision
The workshop ends with priority themes, unresolved questions and an agreed route into Assessment. Each theme has an owner for the next piece of evidence, so the conversation can continue without repeating the workshop.
