Bring the real challenge.
We will start there.
Tell us what your organisation is trying to change with AI, where progress has stalled or which decision needs evidence. A senior Fox IT team member will review the context and suggest a useful next conversation.
Tell us what needs to move.
Share the goal, the constraint and what you have tried so far. We will use that to make the first working conversation specific to you.

Tell us about your challenge.
Share your goal and what is getting in the way. A senior Fox IT team member will review your message.
A conversation grounded in your work.
We will clarify the problem, the people involved and the result you need. From there, we can recommend the most useful stage of the 4A path or explain why another route makes more sense.
Three details help us make the conversation specific.
What needs to improve?
Describe the business result you care about: faster turnaround, better quality, lower cost, a stronger customer experience or another measurable change. An approximate target is enough to start.
What exists already?
Tell us whether you have a list of ideas, an active pilot, a working MVP or a production system. Mention what has been tested and what remains uncertain.
What makes the decision hard?
Share the deadline, data limitation, governance concern or ownership gap that could affect the next step. We can then bring the right expertise to the first session.
A short route to a sharper question.
Understand
We ask what the business is trying to change and which teams own the work today.
Locate the gap
We identify which evidence is missing: opportunity, agreement, user validation or value after launch.
Recommend
We suggest the smallest useful next step and the people needed to make that step worthwhile.
Decide
You decide whether the proposed route fits your priorities and timing. There is no requirement to begin a larger programme.
Common first-contact questions.
Bring what you know. The first conversation can help make the rest of the brief clearer.
Do we need a fully defined AI use case?
No. Many organisations contact Fox IT because choosing the use case is the problem. We can start from a business goal and examine the opportunities that might serve it.
Can we discuss an existing pilot?
Yes. Share what the pilot does, who has used it, what was measured and the biggest barrier to broader use. That helps us determine whether the next step is validation, redesign or production work.
Will the first conversation be a product demo?
We begin with the decision and operating context. If Ascent or another service appears relevant, we can arrange a more specific demonstration or working session.
Can our procurement or risk team join?
Yes. If the first question involves data access, controls or a formal buying process, including the relevant people early can save time later.
